The programme is offered by a team of experienced facilitators who model the approach to be used in the workshops. The facilitation, as well as the underlying philosophy advocated is based on reflective teaching. All workshops comprise presentations, applications of different assessment strategies and techniques, video demonstrations, and action planning for classroom application.  Moreover, all participants receive detailed, individual confidential  reports on their knowledge and skills before and after participating in the AfL PDP.
